Our September 2018 cover features Alexandre Villeneuve, the 2017 Physique Canada Tier 1 Pro Men’s Bodybuilding. That win, last October, made Alexandre known as being the best men’s bodybuilder in Canada.
Right now, Alexandre is preparing to defend his title at the 2018 Physique Canada Canadian Championships. Can anyone beat him? That’s what we’ll see at the competition, to be held October 20, in Gatineau, QC, Canada.

This gallery features more than 45 photos of Michele Steeves, the 2012 Physique Canada Tier 1 Elite Women’s Muscular Physique Canadian Champion. Michele is also the 2012 Physique Canada National Classic Tier 1 Elite Women’s Muscular Physique Champion, a title she earned in June of that year.
The photos were taken on February 19, 2013, at The Saint in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Michele told us that at this time she was in the middle of her off-season training, attempting to gain more muscle size for the next time she steps on the Physique Canada stage to defend her title: June 22, 2013, for the 2013 Physique Canada National Classic.
